We respond within one business day to let you know whether this is a case we can support.
If we can, we arrange an assessment. We need to understand the participant’s clinical, behavioural, and environmental needs before confirming, as well as liaising with the team around the participant.
We confirm our capacity and provide a realistic timeline. We tell you honestly what we can deliver and when.
Transition planning begins. We work with your team throughout the process, not after it.
