High Intensity Care goes well beyond standard personal support. It is designed for participants with serious health needs, people who require specialist medical management, clinical oversight, and staff with the training and capability to deliver safe care at home.

Services within High Intensity Care.

  • complex bowel care, enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube- Jejunum or duodenum)feeding and Management, Tracheostomy management, subcutaneous Management, complex Wound Management and severe dysphagia Management.
  • Use of specialised aids and appliances including hearing and communication devices
  • Implementation of all Allied Health Programs developed for the participant
  • Dedicated Registered Nurses providing clinical oversight across all care
