You want to know they are going to be okay.

That is the question underneath every conversation we have with families. And it is the one we take most seriously.

What families tell us they needed to hear.

Finding the right provider for someone with complex needs is exhausting. You read through websites that all sound the same. You make calls and feel like you are being assessed, not helped. You wonder if anyone actually understands how hard this is.

We understand it. Jacqueline built this business because of her own son. Not because of a gap in the market. Because she lived what you are going through, and she knew there had to be a better way.

"She just wanted to go home. Jacqueline listened, and made it happen. That is how every participant we support gets treated."

WHAT TO EXPECT

If your family member comes to us.

We start by listening. We want to understand what your family member needs, what has and has not worked before, and what matters most to them and to you.

  • An honest assessment of whether we can meet your family member’s needs
  • Clear communication throughout the transition and ongoing
  • A consistent team who gets to know your family member properly
  • Regular updates to families and guardians
  • A direct contact you can reach when you need to

What participants and families say.

“Thank you for the excellent service you have provided to Jeanette. This has enabled her to return to her own home. Your calm, caring and methodical manner worked to implement solutions and always with Jeanette’s welfare as your top priority. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care and respect. This is the best outcome we could have hoped for.”
— Sue & Paul, Participant Family

Questions families ask us.

We support participants across a range of complex needs – from medical and clinical care at home, to supported independent living, to participants with challenging behaviour or psychosocial disability. If you are not sure whether we are the right fit, call us and we will tell you honestly. We support participants of all ages.
We assess the situation first, then build a transition plan. We take the time to do it properly so the placement is stable from the start and can support long-term goals

We keep families and guardians updated throughout. If something happens, you hear from us directly.
