What Supported Independent Living actually involve.

High Intensity Care goes well beyond standard personal support. It is designed for participants with serious health needs – people who require specialist medical management, clinical oversight, and staff with the training and capability to deliver safe care at home. 

We understand the importance of managing personal care at home. Our respectful, well-trained team provides the best assistance in the comfort of each participant’s home, with the aim of enabling a life lived with real independence.

Services within Supported Independent Living.

  • complex bowel care, enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube- Jejunum or duodenum)feeding and Management, Tracheostomy management, subcutaneous Management, complex Wound Management and severe dysphagia Management.
  • Use of specialised aids and appliances including hearing and communication devices
  • Implementation of all Allied Health Programs developed for the participant
  • Dedicated Registered Nurses providing clinical oversight across all care
