I am the Residential and Maintenance Officer at Transform NDIS Supports.
I am dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and person-centred homes that empower participants to live as independently as possible. I’m passionate about supporting individuals to feel respected, valued, and comfortable in their living environment, while maintaining high standards of care, safety, and compliance. With a background in property management and engineering, I bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting both participants and housing operations. Outside of work, I enjoy continuous learning and value connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
